Ennix Mart Warranty & Quality Assurance

Applicable to all bulk/wholesale (B2B) orders placed on Ennix Mart.

Ennix Mart does not offer a standard product warranty on B2B bulk/wholesale orders. As a business-to-business trade platform, products are supplied directly by our manufacturers and suppliers and are not covered under a consumer-style replacement or repair warranty once dispatched.

Quality Assurance Before Dispatch

Every order is carefully quality-checked and tested by our engineering/QC team before it leaves our facility, and is packed securely in proper protective packaging to prevent transit damage. This ensures each shipment leaves in good, working condition.

What This Means for Business Buyers

Products are tested and verified to be in good working condition prior to packing and dispatch.
Orders are packed in a proper, protective manner suited for bulk/wholesale shipping.
As orders are final once placed (see our Terms of Sale), we recommend business buyers verify product specifications and requirements before confirming a purchase order.
Damage or defects reported at the time of delivery due to transit should be brought to our notice immediately, in line with our order terms.
