Ennix Mart B2B Platform connects business buyers with verified manufacturers, wholesalers, and exporters. By placing a business/wholesale order through Ennix Mart — online or via enquiry — you agree to these terms.
Placing a purchase order constitutes a binding offer to buy, which Ennix Mart or the listed supplier may accept or reject at its discretion. An order is not deemed accepted until Ennix Mart confirms it in writing.
It is the business buyer's responsibility to verify product specifications, quantities, and suitability for their intended use before placing an order. Ennix Mart is not liable for incompatibility or unsuitability issues.
Products may be subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) as listed. Bulk/wholesale orders are subject to acceptance by Ennix Mart or the supplier, and no contract is formed until the order is confirmed.
All products and services are subject to availability. Wholesale/bulk prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.
Prices include applicable GST as per Indian tax laws unless stated otherwise. Any additional taxes, duties, or charges will be borne by the business buyer.
Shipping/freight terms are as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by order volume, location, and courier/freight availability.
Ennix Mart does not allow cancellation or refund of any B2B order once it has been placed and confirmed. As a business-to-business trade platform, orders are processed and fulfilled directly with suppliers/manufacturers based on the confirmed purchase order, and cannot be reversed once placed.
Business buyers are strongly advised to verify product specifications, quantities, pricing, and payment terms before confirming an order, as no cancellation or refund request will be entertained thereafter.
Products are provided as-is unless otherwise specified. Ennix Mart disclaims all warranties except those explicitly stated in the Limited Warranty Policy.
Ennix Mart's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a business transaction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
